Departure:From a cobblestone-paved road at the exit of the village of Yé towards Guinate. Then descend through the zigzagging trail.
Arrival:Del Río salt mines
Length:4.5 Km
Time:Aprox. 1 hour to descend; 1 hour and a half for climbing.
Zone:Zona Norte
Description:This trail descends the impressive Famara Cliff and ends at Del Río salt mines, wich are the oldest on the Canary Islands (15th century). Also enjoy the secluded beach of El Risco.
Difficulty:Medium - High
Items of Interest:This massif houses important flora and bird life with lots of endemic and protected species.
